In my post on what to bring back from Nepal to sell, I looked at filling a suitcase. This post is the other side: Nepali brands you can order from the US today, so the money goes to Nepali makers and founders.
I only list brands where I could confirm, on their own site or in a news report, that they sell to US buyers. I did not find confirmed Amazon stores for these brands, so I link their own sites. No affiliate links.

Tea and coffee
Nepal Tea Collective
An immigrant-owned business set up in 2016 as a public benefit corporation. Its teas are organically grown and packed at origin in Nepal, then sold in the US and worldwide. Shipping is free on US orders of $64 or more.
Nepali Tea Traders
It sources single-origin tea from high-altitude gardens in Ilam. An American tea importer, Maggie Le Beau, started it in 2012. Since 2017 it has been run by two Nepali-born owners. It ships from its warehouse in Saugus, Massachusetts, with free shipping on orders of $60 or more to the contiguous US.
Himalayan Blends
Nitesh Kapuri, from Nepal, started the brand while doing his MBA at UC Riverside. It sells Nepal-grown coffee beans, tea sachets and loose-leaf tea, with much of the tea from women-run farms. Its site ships across the US and processes orders within 5 business days.
Khukuri
Khukuri House Handicraft Industry (KHHI)
A khukuri maker in Patan Industrial Estate, Lalitpur. Its USA Depot keeps khukuris already in stock in Pennsylvania. The depot page says delivery is within 7 working days or your money back, the price includes shipping, and it ships within the mainland US only. On 2 November 2026, a depot Panawal model was listed at USD 135. Its US payment partner is listed as Joshi Merchants LLC in Manassas, Virginia.
Clothing
Sherpa Adventure Gear
Tashi Sherpa founded the brand in May 2003 as a memorial to the Sherpa climbers of Everest. Its US site prices in dollars, ships free over $75 and includes duties and taxes. Through Room to Read, each item bought funds one day of school for a child in Nepal. Not every item is made in Nepal, so look for the Made in Nepal collection if that matters to you.
Crafts and felt
Sana Hastakala
A fair trade organization set up in 1989 with UNICEF backing. It works with more than 1,200 artisans across Nepal on ceramics, felt and woven textiles, and is WFTO guaranteed fair trade. It ships to buyers worldwide from Lalitpur. There is no simple cart; you message them with your order and destination, and they confirm price and shipping.
Felt and Yarn
A Kathmandu felt maker that sells wholesale, with more than 500 designs, custom colors and private labeling. It offers international shipping support. This one fits you if you run a shop or an Etsy store in the US and want Nepali felt stock.
Buying from Nepali makers on Etsy
Many Nepali makers sell on Etsy. Some shops sell items made in Nepal but are run from other countries. Before you buy:
- Open the shop page and check where the shop is based.
- Read the About section for who makes the items.
- Check that the listing ships to the US, and how long it takes.
- Note that the US duty-free program for some Nepali goods ended on 31 December 2025, so some items may cost more. See the bring-back post for duty rates.
